Warranty
Kela Chargers products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers faults arising from normal residential use and does not cover:

Accidental damage

Misuse or abuse

Incorrect installation

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Damage caused by power surges, flooding, fire, or other external factors
If a fault develops during the warranty period, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.
Returns
Customers may return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and supplied components must be included.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty Products
If your charger develops a fault on arrival or within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We may request photographs, videos, or additional information to help diagnose the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation.
Refunds
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
